Who We Are
We launched Mbicycle in 2016. We focused our initial goal on helping startups and enterprises worldwide to take off their software solutions efficiently and properly.

That’s how we partnered with ShotTracker, our first client, which has grown from a startup into a whole suite of IoT-powered solutions for basketball players. We formed a small team of enthusiasts to work on this project, which today has grown to a full-cycle software development agency with 130+ qualified experts and 145+ software solutions submitted successfully.
During the pandemic, Mbicycle has managed to modernize our business processes efficiently, retain every current customer, and organize the remote work in our departments properly. By today, we keep supporting our clients’ business ideas and deliver high-end software to satisfy their end-users. What’s important — we have all the required skills and resources to live up to this mission.
In late 2022 we became a part of Noventiq — a leading global solutions and services provider in digital transformation and cybersecurity, headquartered and listed in London.
Mbicycle keeps a close partnership with a sister company ICC Development. Their legal entity in the United States giving our US-based customers confidence in complying with all local legal rights, agreements, and responsibilities through a contract from our side.

Igor is the CEO of Mbicycle with more than 12 years of overall experience in the IT field, including analyzing, designing, and developing Java and iOS applications, and MMO games. Igor efficiently manages all business processes at Mbicycle and makes improvements in the daily work of our company.
Ilya is the CTO of Mbicycle with a strong engineering background and high-end qualifications in mobile app development. Ilya skillfully leads mobile development teams and has dozens of successfully completed projects in his portfolio, including advanced solutions for the sports, IoT, and on-demand economy domains.
Stepan has been working for over 10 years in software development. During this time, he managed to work as a Java developer, Java architect, full-stack developer, and team lead on several web software projects. Stepan's main responsibilities include designing and developing Java-based applications, managing development teams and operating processes.
For about four years in software development, Alexander has been working with the full cycle of testing, both manual and automated, and eventually became the Head of Mbicycle's QA Department. Alexander is experienced in Functional and UI testing, System, Integration, and Localization testing. He usually operates Selenium, Fiddler, and Postman as the main technology stack.
Evgeniy is a qualified Business Analyst with a five-year experience in this position and almost eight years of overall background in the IT field. He is fluent in several popular and efficient design and prototyping tools, including Figma, Sketch, Balsamiq, Axure RP. Evgeniy has participated in pre-sale processes during the discovery phase, as well as worked abroad on the client's side.
Our development center is located in Poland — a region that is well-known for its technological talents and high-end qualifications. We have brought together competent software development experts under our roof, including bussiness analysts, designers, full-stack developers, and QA engineers.
